It has been quite the busy week for me, with all the events and seminars on my plate. Nevertheless, I will always find the time to update you with my personal, social and corporate affairs. First on the list is the photoshoot that I recently had with my two boys. This was in lieu of the Women Next forum, organized by the Women Empowerment Committee of the Management Association of the Philippines, or M.A.P., and the Filipina CEO Circle, FCC. It is humbling and extremely encouraging to be a part of such a pivotal event for all the women in our society. I am glad knowing that my efforts in providing dermatological and aesthetic services do not only benefit those who are in need of them, but my mere action of leading such a company inspires other women to follow and fight for their dreams. I also love how the photoshoot allowed me to bring along my sons because everything I do is for them as well.
Apart from this, I am honored by the fact that DMarkBeauty Corporation has been recognized as one of the finalists for the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Company of the Year during the Asia CEO Awards 2017. With this, I would like to thank Johnny Litton and Joanne Rae Ramirez for featuring the company in the Philippine Star Newsmakers section. I would also like to express my sincerest gratitude to all the guests, friends and family who supported me and the company during the event. Lastly, my deepest thanks to Rebecca Bustamante and Richard Mills for seeing the growth and significance of DMark Beauty Corporation in the field of aesthetics. This recognition has not only motivated me to continue finding better and more effective solutions for my customers, but it also reaffirmed the importance of hard work and genuine passion for what I do.
Last October, I was privileged enough to visit breathtaking sights in the Balkans, including the set of Game of Thrones like King’s Landing in Dubrovnik. Travel Now Magazine featured my photograph from my trip and allowed me to give my views and insights on my favorite country in the Peninsula, Croatia. There I expressed my love for its climate and diverse cuisine, as well as the richness of culture in the area. If you are planning a trip to the Balkans, or are unsure of what to do there, feel free to buy the issue of Travel Now Magazine entitled The Balkan Experience!
